... a Choral Extravaganza featuring seven Hastings choirs, celebrating the famous 1066 date, is being organized by Jenny Miller. A once in a lifetime opportunity to enjoy seven different choirs. The date is Saturday September 24th, 4:30 and 7:30 p.m., lasting just under an hour. £5 concession (family, SC etc) or £7 no concession, in the Sussex Coast College Atrium next to Hastings station. Harvest Festival

Come and help us praise and thank God for the harvest - for all the food and resources we enjoy from the earth and the sea - and for our stewardship of the same. If folk would like to bring traditional offerings to the service, then tinned and packeted food would be appreciated, to be passed on to Seaview Project, helping the vulnerable, homeless and inadequately housed. “Big Sing” in aid of St Michael’s Hospice

Lots of local choirs and groups will be singing their hearts out throughout the day in aid of our local Hospice. Free entry, but donations welcomed! Refreshments will be available, plus there'll be a Raffle with good prizes, and cards and gifts for sale. The choirs will take part in a collective performance at approximately 9 p.m.

THE THAMES CHAMBER CHOIR will be IN CONCERT AT ST JOHN'S on Saturday 15th October at 7:30 p.m.. We are delighted to welcome the choir again! This year they will present a programme of choral music by Palestrina, Vaughan Williams, Byrd and others.
